Reservations & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $20.00 per room up to $100.00 is required to reserve a room(s).

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required on special events weekends with a two night minimum stay.

Room reservations require a major credit card to reserve the room.

Room Rates

All our rooms have Private Baths, Central air conditioning and Cable TV.

$75.00 - $99.00 double occupancy. $20.00 per extra guest.

Check In..............................4 pm to 6pm
Check Out...........................10:30am
Please call for late arrival. We do not allow smoking inside, but both locations have covered porches where smoking is permited.

Cancellation Policy

One - Two rooms.................7 days

Three or more rooms............30 days

... prior to scheduled arrival date

Please note: a $20 processing fee is charged per room on ALL cancellations.
